Refund policy

Exchanges

The Teacher Collective will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If any item in your gift box is damaged on arrival, please email us at TheTeacherCollectiveAu@gmail.com with a copy of your receipt and a picture of the defective or damaged item.

You may be required to return the item to us at your own expense.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Refunds will only be provided if items are defective, as per Australian Law. They will not be provided for change of mind or a dislike of the product. Once the item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
