At The Teacher Collective, every order is made with care and packed with love from our studio in Dubbo, NSW. Here’s everything you need to know about how your items get from us to you!
Processing Times- Custom Orders: Usually dispatched within 7 business days due to personalisation and handmade touches.
- Subscription boxes are posted within the month.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Typically dispatched within 2–4 business days.
- Digital Products: Available immediately via email or download link after purchase.
Shipping Methods
- All physical orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Tracking details are provided with every shipment (excluding untracked letter options, if chosen).
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–10 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout based on weight and size.
- Subscription boxes are charged a flat shipping fee of $16.70 via Australia Post.
- Free local pickup in Dubbo may be available by arrangement—please contact us.
International ShippingCurrently, The Teacher Collective only ships within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
Delivery DelaysWhile we always aim to ship on time, delivery may be affected by:
- Public holidays
- Postal delays (especially during peak seasons)
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events

Lost or Damaged Parcels
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once handed over to Australia Post.
- Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us ASAP.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 3 business days of receiving it.
